What is Stucco?
Stucco is a construction material made up of 3 materials: aggregates (sand), a binder (cement), and water. Stucco is applied wet and hardens to a very dense solid. Used as a decorative coating for exterior walls, it is considered an artistic and sculptural material in architecture.

How is Stucco Applied?
Stucco is applied to the exterior of a building in multiple layers of thickness up to about 1 inch. Stucco requires up to 90 days to be completely dry, even though it is firm to the touch within a couple of days. Pressure washing is not recommended until the stucco is completely dry.
